Vos missions au quotidien :

Sous la responsabilité du responsable de service, nous recherchons un Gestionnaire Technique RC- Dommages Entreprise.

Vous intégrez une équipe de 9 personnes dédiée aux petites et moyennes entreprises. Au sein de cette équipe, vous travaillez en binôme pour le suivi commercial, la technique et la gestion administrative d’un portefeuille spécialisé dans l’évènementiel.

A ce titre, vos missions sont :

Assurer la gestion des comptes dans les systèmes d'information (facturation, vérification du paiement des primes, du paiement des primes aux assureurs, …).

Assurer la mise à jour permanente des dossiers clients au niveau technique et administratif en répondant aux demandes ponctuelles des clients (contacts téléphoniques, mails, courriers…).

Assurer la transmission des documents contractuels, pour signature aux assureurs et/ou à l'assuré.

Participer à la vente en saturation des clients dans leur domaine de compétence.

Effectuer des permanences téléphoniques.

Vos compétences et expériences qui feront votre succès

De formation Bac+2/3, vous avez acquis une première expérience réussie de 1 à 2 ans sur une fonction similaire.
