Job Description

Come meet with us at our hiring event on Thursday, May 9th from 4:30pm - 6:30pm at The Palazzo in Botkins, located at 309 S Main St, Botkins, OH 45306.

 

JOB DETAILS

Base Pay $20.00 per hour, plus $1.50 per hour shift differential 

Day Shift 6am - 6pm rotating shift

Employment Benefits start on day 1

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Roll Form Associates are responsible for all aspects of roll-formed accessory production, including tooling setup, machine operation, part inspection, product packaging, and material handling activities

Complete all tasks as assigned by production department leadership

Read, understand, and follow the steps outlined in SOPs for each task being performed

Deviations from established procedures are permitted only with supervisor approval

Take prompt corrective action to eliminate safety hazards, minimize equipment downtime, reduce scrap generation, and correct deviations from quality standards

Complete required documentation including production records, quality checks, product labels, and manifest transactions in a complete, legible, and accurate manner

Operate equipment to produce cartons in the amounts specified by MTO ticket, Kanban card, or product delay card, as appropriate

Perform established quality checks on parts at required intervals to ensure all product specifications are being met

Assemble cartons, pack pieces, and load sealed cartons onto dollies for transport to the warehouse

Properly manage all wastes generated, including segregation of recyclable materials and segregation of hazardous wastes by type

Take steps to minimize the amount of waste generated

Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safe and efficient operations
