Responsibilities

Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner

Park and retrieve vehicles in a safe and timely manner

Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of parking areas

Safely maneuver various types of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions

Provide clear and concise instructions to customers regarding parking procedures and fees

Maintain accurate records of vehicles parked and retrieve vehicles according to customer requests

Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure efficient and safe parking operations

Requirements

Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Ability to work in a team and independently

Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
