Sodexo Campus Services is seeking a skilled and career-oriented Chef Manager to support our campus dining locations at the prestigious campus of Lynn University located in South Florida in the beautiful city of Boca Raton.

 

Lynn University is an American private university in beautiful , . Founded in 1962, its students come from all over the USA and approximately 80 other nations: 24% of students have citizenship in countries outside the United States. This accredited University is nationally ranked for its innovative Dining program and multiple retail accounts: Christine’s Bistro and the Perper Coffee House.  While also boasting a catering team focused on high-end deliverance and multi-tiered experiences.

We are looking for candidates who will:

 

manage the daily food production including production planning and controls;

ensure Sodexo Culinary Standards including recipe compliance and food quality;

manage food costing, controls and compliance;

develop menus and manage inventory;

have high expectations for customer service and quality of food;

have the ability and willingness to develop and train frontline employees;

have a passion for food and innovation;

have knowledge of special diets and allergens.
