What You'll Do

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, responding to and resolving issues in a timely manner

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product offerings and processes

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their success in using MobileServe

Create and implement customer success strategies and initiatives

Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess satisfaction and address any needs or concerns

Provide product training and support to ensure customers are equipped to use our tools effectively

Curate a comprehensive resource library, enabling users to asynchronously receive effective support

Analyze user data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Other duties as assigned. We're a small team with big dreams and at our stage everyone has a role in everything we do.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in customer success, a related field, or education

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention

Experience working with SaaS products is a plus

Passion for community engagement and a desire to make a positive impact
