Overview:
Summary

Guarantee Incyte participation to all tender procedures of interest by creating continuity of supply on the Spanish and Portuguese territories in compliance with the Law (Public Contracts Code), with the clauses in the tender documentation and with Incyte policies.

Duties and Responsibilities

·         Identification of public tender procedures and private offers of interest to Incyte Biosciences Iberia SL.

·         Legal analysis of tender documentation (notices, award decisions, contracts).

·         Contacts with Contracting Authorities for requests during the tender procedure or for further needs related to orders for drugs marketed by Incyte (RUP, pharmacists).

·         Preparation of administrative, technical, and economic documentation for tenders.

·         Uploading tender documentation to e-procurement portals.

·         Monitoring and updating of the e-procurement portals of the Public Administration for participation in tender procedures and of the related supplier registers.

·         Monitoring of the tender agreements active on the national territory in support of the MA team and stakeholder engagements.

·         PEC management of the tender office of Incyte Biosciences Iberia SL.

·         Management and updating of the Tender archive.

·         Relations with external providers:

o   Credit institutions for the issuance of the security deposits required during the tender procedure with the management of the flow for the issuance of an insurance or bank guarantee.

o   Tender consultants for operational support to the drafting of tender documentation, management of the consultant's portal, review of the tender documentation drawn up by the consultant, final digital signature on the tender documentation and sending of the tender documentation via PEC or through e-procurement portals.

·         Support to external customer service.

·         Management of supply orders sent on e-procurement portals (prices and quantities).

·         Analysis of quantity in the tenders vs sales potential

·         Close collaboration and coordination with Field Market Access

·         Order tracking for drugs marketed by Incyte and tracking of commercial agreements

Requirements

·         Law/Business Degree or equivalent professional qualification.

·         More than 3 years of experience in tendering procedures of pharmaceutical products.

·         Passionate team player focusing on solutions and outcomes.

·         Very strong communication and presentation skills.

·         Self-motivated entrepreneurial mindset.

·         Creativity and openness to new ideas as well as an affinity for analytical thinking.

·         Solution oriented and task driven.

·         Very good spoken and written English.

·         Very good knowledge of MS Office including Excel.
