YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO OUR SUCCESS:
A Projects Specialist (Special Projects, Facilities) contributes to AHF by bringing in-house, high level, direct project management support to various areas of AHF’s Facilities and Administration, including construction and real estate operations. You will have the opportunity to work directly with AHF’s Senior Architect, Senior
Construction Project Manager and the Manager of Real Estate Operations on various projects they lead or implement. You will work hand-in-hand with the department lead and support the larger team overall.
A Project Specialist enhances the reputation of AHF by actively participating and contributing significantly to the expansion and growth of AHF’s real estate operations and new projects development. This role is an essential part of the smooth day-to-day operations for the department and for AHF overall. You will have the opportunity to handle directly important operational aspects, such as construction permits and purchasing.
You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatitives.
