We have tons of work to keep you busy year-round, and offer between $17 and $22 per hour to start, depending on experience.

Requirements

More than anything we are looking for a  strong work ethic and willingness to learn.  A professional appearance and demeanor, and any basic knowledge of trades will also help

Specific qualifications for the role include:

No professional handyman experience is necessary - but some working familiarity with trades or construction will go a long way

Own standard set of basic hand tools

Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation to and from work

Your own vehicle for jobs - A Truck or SUV is ideal

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a craftsman to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Ability to work a minimum of 8 working hours each workday

Ability to adjust, lift, push and pull heavy objects a minimum of 50 pounds

Ability to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel and balance regularly

Ability to do ladder/step work which could include carrying ladders, scaffolding and walking up/down stairs

Frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts

Contact with sharp, hot and/or very cold supplies and equipment

Must maintain safety procedures at all times to prevent work injuries
