Responsible for fostering a fun environment.

Responsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workers.

Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events.

Ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the ACES Service Program.

Will have to process cash and credit card transactions for guests and employees while maintaining the integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities.

Stock food, beverage and paper goods.

Must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Maintain a clean, sanitized and organized work space and dining room.

Comply with PPE standards.

Comply with state, company, and department policies and regulations.

Responsible for taking orders, expediting food and food delivery for our guests.

Preparation of sauces, cold sides and stocking of paper goods.

Proper opening and closing procedures as directed by your supervisor and manager.

Expected to work Take 2 and concessions.

Will work special events, as needed.

Other duties, as needed.

Must be 21 or older.

Must have outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude.

Must enjoy hosting others.

Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests.

Good oral communication skills, ability to understand and follow direction.

Must have ability to work as a team.

Must qualify for licensing by Ohio Lottery Commission.

Must be able to navigate a point of sale system.

Must be able to pass background check.

Must be able to tolerate a high stimulus environment.

Must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays.
