We are seeking a Dental Front Office Coordinator with a passion for great customer service, to round out our fabulous team  

Candidates must 

* Be positive, upbeat, with an outgoing personality  

* Feel comfortable and confident with computer skills

* Be detail oriented

* Be self-motivated and resourceful 

* Have the ability to multitask 

* Have a strong understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and dental insurance

Schedule: 

We are looking for a full-time employee working 40 hours a week, and NO WEEKENDS The proposed schedule would be as follows: 

Monday - Friday schedule. Exact hours to be set by office TBD. 

Responsibilities:
The Front Office Coordinator II should

Meet and greet patients with enthusiasm and kindness is our number one priority

Demonstrate understanding of insurance benefits and dental claim processing

Demonstrate understanding of dental codes and procedures 

Manage patient documents and records

Process and complete claim forms

Engage and foster strong patient relationships through a positive experience 

Discuss treatment and financial arrangements with patients 

Schedule appointments and help develop productive schedules

Demonstrate proper phone etiquette 

Participates and contributes to a positive work environment

Qualifications:
At least 3 years of  experience working in similar roles

Experience with Dentrix is a plus but not required 

Strong knowledge of Dental operations

Strong technical expertise in dental insurance benefits

Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
