We are a busy dental clinic with a small family environment searching for a friendly, enthusiastic person to join our dental family as a front desk coordinator nestled right in the heart of Superior, WI along the largest Great Lake of all We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to collaborate with our team to improve our patient's dental health and smiles in our state-of-the-art clinic focused on technology and patient education.

Educational/Training offerings through our Imagen On-line University

Schedule (Full time position with benefits): 

Monday/Wednesday/Thursday 7:30am-5:00pm

Tuesdays 7:00am-5:00pm

Friday 7:00am-1:00pm Bi-Weekly

Responsibilities:
 

As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible to:

Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.

Develop productive schedules for providers.

Act as a concierge to our patients to discuss treatment options.

Demonstrate understanding of insurance benefits.

Manage patient documents and records.

Execute patient billing and insurance/claims processing, cash management

Engage and foster patients through a positive experience

Feel comfortable and confident with computer skills and automated services

Be detail oriented and follow healthcare compliance with confidentiality

Have the ability to multi-task patient workflo

Qualifications:
At least 2 years of  experience working in similar roles

Experience with Eaglesoft dental software a plus

Strong knowledge of Dental operations

Strong technical expertise in dental insurance benefits

Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
