Job Description

Broad Function and Purpose of Position:

To manufacture prototype sample parts to support Key Account business operations.

Specific Responsibilities:

Coordinate all activities associated with sample runs and prototype/service shipments.

Understand and communicate results of trials.

Review parts from sample runs for part quality and correct engraving information.

Maintain sample parts inventory accuracy.

Maintain accurate and detailed processing and shipping records.

Work with quality department for sample runs and part approvals.

Support the product change processes.

Support process engineers with samples as required.

Understanding service part requirements.

Coordinate the shipment of pre-launch and trial parts per specified requirements.

An understanding of SAP and its transactions/result of.

Utilize SAP for inventory control and management.

Work with other members of the launch team as needed.

Other roles and responsibilities assigned by supervisor.
