Overview:
The Lead ABA Instructor assumes a leadership role and is responsible for providing training and professional development to ABA Instructors utilizing applied behavior analysis methodology with the
support of the administrative and behavioral teams.

Min:
USD $45,000.00/Yr.

Max:
USD $58,000.00/Yr.

Responsibilities:
Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

• Maintains a safe learning environment for students within the scope of The Arrow Center for Education administrative policies and procedures.
• Provides job specific training for new and tenured ABA Instructors.
• Conducts ongoing and annual professional development for ABA Instructors.
• Utilizes a variety of teaching strategies and techniques to promote progress and success.
• Reviews data for students, including current acquisition targets, maintenance skills, and
behavioral data tracking. Provides feedback to ABA Instructors based on these reviews.
• Model behavior management protocol and crisis intervention techniques for staff.
• Assure the timely completion of all necessary paperwork by ABA Instructors to accurately record
student progress, including the resource room documentation, incident reports and physical
restraint log.
• Participates as an active member of the treatment team. Communicates all appropriate information within and without the classroom orally and in writing.
• Assists in the development and maintenance of a positive school culture.
• Maintains proper rules, safety and security of students, providing crisis intervention when
necessary.
• Informs the Teacher and School Support Specialist of all relevant situations.
• Attends trainings and meetings as required.
• Shares/transmits the mission and vision of Arrow Child & Family Ministries to staff and to students and families served.
• Perform all duties within contract, state and federal regulations, Arrow policy, and COA standards.

Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED with at least three (3) years related experience working with students diagnosed with autism required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience utilizing Applied Behavioral Analysis methodologies required.
