Overview:
Chrysalis is seeking an energetic and creative admissions counselor. The admissions counselor will help
promote Chrysalis to referral partners and prospective families and be an integral part of Chrysalis marketing
and online social media presence. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrated
leadership skills, the ability to work independently, and have the ability to articulate the value of a therapeutic
boarding school. This candidate will be expected to develop and maintain positive relationships with referral
partners, other program personnel, current families and alumni.

Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Admissions support:
a. Obtain and screen consultant and web referrals for appropriate fit through reviewing of
psychological testing, interviews with family and current treating professionals, resulting in
conversion of lead to enrollment.
b. Host and support campus tours for prospective families and referring professionals
c. Facilitate new student enrollments
d. Travel (conferences and target market areas)
2. Administrative Support:
a. Engage in and report all admissions and marketing activities for department (SalesForce)
b. Update admissions calendar
c. Ensure office and campus is tour-ready
d. Update and maintenance of SEVIS membership
3. Social Media and Marketing:
a. Maintain online presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google 5-star reviews)
b. Create and order relevant marketing collateral
4. Other assignments from Admissions/Leadership team as needed
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge of Company policies and practices (see training manual)
Skill in managing available resources and creating a true team environment
Skill in communication and ability to work effectively with industry professionals
Ability to prioritize, organize and work independently

Qualifications:
The position prefers one year experience working in the field of mental health admissions, but is not required. A Bachelor's degree in
a related field of study is preferred but not required
