Service Today is a HVAC, plumbing, & electrical residential home service company. Working as a Residential HVAC Apprentice at our company, you will help assist in the diagnosis, maintenance, repair, and installation of HVAC products and equipment for homeowners.

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 5:00PM (occasional nights and weekends)

NUMBER OF HIRES NEEDED: 2

EXPECTED HIRE DATE: 3 - 7 Business Days

COMPENSATION TYPES: Hourly + Commission

Our Ideal Candidate:

6 months+ in residential HVAC service and repair

Is a dependable self-starter

Provides exceptional customer service

Possesses leadership qualities and enjoys working with a team

Wants to learn new ideas, methods and perspectives

Is available to work rotating nights/weekends

Requirements

Experience: 6 months+ in residential HVAC service and repair

Highly organized and motivated

Be able to withstand heat conditions, climb ladders and/or go into attics (if applicable)

Excellent communication skills

Work well on a team

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Must have valid drivers license and be able to pass pre-employment background check

Compensation: $35K-$60K/Year
