Responsibilities:
Assist in creating impactful marketing collateral and content in various formats (video, print, digital) in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies

Support the execution of marketing communications strategies to enhance internal and external connections, improve customer experience, and solidify our market position

Facilitate the approval processes for marketing materials

Manage digital content on internal platforms, maintaining organization and accessibility.

Uphold brand guidelines across all marketing materials and educate internal stakeholders on brand identity principles

Collaborate in developing brand and product messaging based on an understanding of product portfolios, customer motivations, and strategic brand implications

Support the creation and execution of omnichannel digital campaigns, utilizing tools like LinkedIn, Email Marketing, Video and Social Advocacy

Qualifications:
Pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or related fields.

At least 1+ year of work experience or internships in marketing, communications, or related field is an advantage.

Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator) is an advantage.

Previous digital marketing experience is an advantage.

Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Must be able to navigate a complex organizational structure and build positive relationships.

Team player with a strong desire to learn and take on responsibility
