Responsibilities:
 

What you will get to do as a Wellness Nurse RN Designee/Delegating Nurse at Brightview?

Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support and companionship.

Engage residents while checking on their wellbeing and communicate changes in condition or Care Plan.

Inspire your team and collaborate with the Health Services Director in assessing and documenting resident assessments at state or Brightview specified intervals.

Show us your leadership by adjusting assignments to Resident Assistants, Med Techs and Nurses.

Compensation Disclosure:
$45+ per hour  

The salary range displayed above represents the potential pay available for this role.  It does not include bonus or additional incentives (if eligible), and does not include benefits.  A candidate’s offer will take into consideration experience, qualifications, location, size of community (if relevant), certifications/training, etc.  Brightview reviews and adjusts compensation ranges at least once a year.

 

Qualifications:
Why we want you on our team:  

You have a positive attitude and love working with people 

A proud graduate of a state approved school of nursing.

There's a Registered Nurse license with your name on it

You've enjoyed at least two years of caring for people in assisted living, hospice, home health, acute or long-term care environment.
