Your Role: As a Retail Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our retail areas. Your focus will be on maximizing per-cap spends and average transaction values while leading your team to deliver exceptional service.

 

Here's what you'll be doing:

Being the shining example of excellence on the floor

Leading and inspiring the retail team to exceed KPI and Mystery Visit targets

Collaborating with the Retail Manager on labor budgets and schedules

Assisting with ordering, merchandising, and inventory control

Supporting revenue goals for our commercial areas

Serving as an on-duty manager when needed

Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and training of retail staff

Reporting key metrics and inventory levels

Managing performance and growth through development plans and appraisals

Ensuring visual appeal and effectiveness of assigned areas

Handling guest complaints and fostering teamwork through incentive programs

Maintaining proper coverage and staff utilization

Leading daily team briefings with attraction SLT

Completing tasks in our Futura Inventory Management system to support accuracy

Qualifications & Experience:
High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

At least 2 years of supervisory experience in retail, visitor attractions, or retail outlets
