Job Description

The Aircraft Structure Assembler (cabin installer) is a critical part of the aircraft assembly process. The position requires previous knowledge of aircraft structure assembly and skill to complete the allocated tasks on Quality and On time. To be successful within this role, the Cabin installer must possess a high level of integrity, the ability to communicate clearly, and be flexible to work across three shifts. The Structure Assembler must be able to work alone and as part of a team in a high pressure environment to enable the delivery of a High Quality Aircraft and On Time Delivery to internal customers (TAKT)

Arrive at work on time with the right mindset and be ready to work and compliant with all Safety requirements.

Complete allocated tasks on Time and on Quality.

Understand the build process and specifications within the cabin installation Station.

Work in compliance with production work orders and supporting documents. (e.g. Quality standards, drawings and SOI’s)

Sign off work when tasks are completed.

Clean as you go mindset.

Complete installation of  Cabin – Seats, sidewall, carpet, cargo, lav, stowage bins, ceiling panels.
