Job Description

Part of the Global GTM Strategy team, this role will focus on major opportunities to advance our Global Go-to-market efforts, and serve as thought leader & business partner to leaders within our Global Field and Customer Success teams.

You be a player and coach, rolling up your sleeves to get work done while also structuring workstreams and working cross-functionally to ensure our senior leaders have data-driven, practical approaches to help our customers get the value from the platform.

You are expected to be able to drive work cross-functionally across the entire go-to-market organization to deliver against C-suite priorities.

In this role you will work on highly complex problems and help senior leaders organize, prioritize and execute their strategic agenda.

Examples of past projects include: Developing a strategy and business case for our channel businesses, establishing our (url removed) business, launching a new role to help customers get to value post-sale, developing an approach for what investments are needed (and ROI) for investment, validating the levers for our path to $15B+, and creating annual 3-year strategy for key functions from which annual priorities - like several mentioned above - are derived.

Preferred candidates will have not only several years of top-tier management consulting experience; but also, considerable go-to-market operating experience within Enterprise Software or Technology.

Partner with the Field, Customer Success, and cross-functional teams to deliver compelling actionable recommendations to accelerate ServiceNow’s path to $15B+

Provide thought leadership and influence decision-making within executive audiences

Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, and accelerate execution

In coordination with SVP Corp Strategy, act as a strategic advisor to the Go-to-Market leaders across key initiatives impacting ServiceNow growth
