Responsibilities:

If so, Related Companies, Luxury team is searching for a unique individual like you to join our team as a Residential Doorperson This vacancy is located at our luxury high-rise The Quinn, in Boston, MA. 

 

The schedule for this role will be the Overnight Shift from 11:00 pm to 7:30am on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Friday and Saturdays.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A RESIDENTIAL Doorperson 

 

Welcoming Ambassador: Greet residents and visitors with a friendly smile and genuine warmth. Your positive energy and exceptional customer service skills will set the tone for a welcoming atmosphere within the community. 

Safety: Maintaining a watchful eye on the premises, contributing to a safe and secure environment. 

Relationship Building: Offering a helping hand and a listening ear to residents' needs, from insider recommendations to friendly chats. 

Teamwork: Collaborating with our wonderful team to orchestrate seamless arrivals and departures, and provide best in class customer service.  

 

COMPENSATION 

$20 - $22 / hour

with an annual bonus that is tied to performance 

Qualifications:

You have prior experience in hospitality, property management, customer service or a related field.
