Job Description

 

We are seeking individuals to join our team in our mission of making the finest gourmet confections

We pay 100% of the insurance premium for medical, dental, and vision for our employees working 30 or more hours per week

Weekly Pay.

Our hourly bonus plan gets paid monthly.

All hourly employee accrue paid time off and we offer 8 paid holidays annually.

After 6 months of employment and working 1,000 hours, you are eligible for our 401k plan - we match 4%

Responsibilities

· Pull customer orders accurately and efficiently.

· Pack, seal, label, or affix postage to prepare materials for shipping, meeting company standards for quality and timeliness.

· Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, damages, discrepancies for reporting, accounting, and recordkeeping purposes.

· Prioritize daily/weekly work to ensure excellence in customer service internally and externally.

· Respond professionally to all concerns and questions.

·Use hand trucks or pallet jacks to move, store, retrieve, and restock supplies.

· Identifies and corrects errors. Reports issues to team and area leader.

· Maintain knowledge of current and updated processes and procedures.

· Assist production team (mainly focused in packaging) and receiving department when needed or during slow periods.

· Communication with customer service, production, shipping providers, and supervisors.

· Follow all food and personnel safety policies.

·Assist in other areas as necessary.
