M Health Fairview is looking for a Registered Nurse in our Medical Oncology Unit at Southdale Hospital in Edina, MN

Then the Med/Surg-Oncology Unit may be the right fit for you This 31 bed adult Medical Oncology Unit is an interdisciplinary team that collaboratively cares for a variety of patient populations from acute illness to chronic disease management. This team is committed to delivering exceptional experiences and high-quality patient outcomes to those they serve.

 

 

This position is 56 hours per two weeks on the evening shift, 8 hour shifts (3:00pm-11:30pm) with every third weekend. We offer generous benefits including medical, dental, time off and more. Check out additional benefits information here:

Responsibilities/Job Description:
The Registered Nurse is responsible for the assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care for all assigned patient population(s). The RN is responsible for performing these responsibilities in accordance with all policy, procedures, professional practice guidelines and the MN Nurse Practice Act. The RN coordinates care with members of the health care team and delegates responsibilities to others as appropriate.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

MN RN License

BLS for Health Care Provider

Preferred Qualifications

BSN

Recent within one year med/surg RN experience.

Other Required Skills

Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills

Positive attitude

Adapt to a constantly evolving environment.

Practice on-stage and off-stage behaviors consistently and appropriately.
