This position is open at OPA Ortho in Bellevue, WA. OPA physicians are board certified in Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Physiatry, and Anesthesiology / Interventional Pain Medicine. They are known regionally and throughout the world as leaders in their fields, supporting many of the area’s professional sports teams including the Seattle Mariners, the Seattle Seahawks, the Seattle Storm, Pacific Northwest Ballet and dozens of collegiate and recreational leagues throughout the greater Seattle area.

Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
The Medical Receptionist/Patient Services Representative is responsible for the coordination of an effective, efficient admission process for all patients by receiving referrals, gathering and verifying pertinent information, and scheduling necessary procedures.This is an onsite opporunity in our Bellevue, Washington Clinic located at: Pro Club 4455 148th Ave NE Floor B1 Bellevue, WA 98007

 

Patient Services Representative Responsibilities:

Excellent organizational skills

Professional communication skills

General office skills

Possess knowledge of typing, word processing, spreadsheet management, and computer billing systems

Ability to set priorities

Ability to multitask

Ability to work within the team

Qualifications:
Patient Services Representative Requirements:

High School graduate or equivalent required

Clerical experience preferred

Healthcare experience preferred but non-healthcare hospitality, hostess, or customer service experience will be considered

Current BLS preferred

 

 

Min:
USD $22.00/Hr.

Max:
USD $28.90/Hr.
