Controller (m/w/d)

unbefristet in Vollzeit (40 Stunden pro Woche).

 

Die Bruker EAS GmbH ist der weltweit führende Hersteller von Supraleitern. Unsere Materialien werden in supraleitenden Magneten für eine Vielzahl von Anwendungen in Medizintechnik, Analytik, Fusionsforschung oder Hochenergiephysik eingesetzt. Das Haupteinsatzgebiet unserer Produkte im industriellen Bereich liegt im Spulensystem von Magnetresonanztomographen (MRT). Bruker EAS gehört innerhalb des weltweit agierenden Bruker-Konzerns zur Division BEST (Bruker Energy and Superconductors Technology).

Unser Controlling-Team

 

In unserem aktuell siebenköpfigen CO-Team sind alle, auch die Leitung, miteinander per Du. In der Regel ist das Team drei Tage die Woche in unseren klimatisierten Kleinraumbüros am Standort und arbeitet ansonsten mobil.

Responsibilities:
Bewerben Sie sich bei uns, wenn Sie Spaß an folgenden klassischen Controlling-Themen innerhalb der Bruker EAS / BEST-Gruppe haben:

Sales - und Kosten-Controlling, mit Fokus auf die Kostenstellenbetrachtung

Unterstützung im Monatsabschluss und Reporting

Kurz- und Langfristplanung für die P&L (Strategischer Plan, Budget, Forecast)

Mitwirkung bei der Planung von Capex

Bearbeitung von Investitionsanträgen

Qualifications:
Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder auch vergleichbare Qualifikation z.B. Technischer Betriebswirt (m/w/d)

Berufserfahrung im Controlling

Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Praktische Erfahrung und Spaß daran, mit Excel und PowerPoint zu arbeiten

Analytisch-logisches Denken, gepaart mit guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

Grundsätzliche Offenheit für Projektarbeit und für gelegentliche Reisen (ca. 2 Wochen / Jahr)

Freude daran, gemeinsam im Team spannende Themen zu bearbeiten

Zudem bringen Sie vorzugsweise folgende Kenntnisse mit oder sind motiviert, sich diese anzueignen:

Gute SAP R/3 Kenntnisse und erste Erfahrung mit S4 Hana

Erfahrung mit Konsolidierungstools (z.B. in BPC)

Weitere IT-Kenntnisse (z.B. BI-Tools)
