St. Charles also offers services in general surgery, colon/rectal surgery, bariatric surgery, neurosurgery, ENT, pediatrics, diagnostic imaging, emergency medicine, epilepsy, stroke care, Female Pelvic Floor Disorders Center, and a nationally accredited Sleep Disorders Center.

Job Details:
Compassionate, energetic, and flexible Occupational Therapists are needed for our adult In-Patient rehab unit.  

The patient population is very diverse and includes: CVA, TBI, SCI, Ortho, Lami, Amp, and Multi Trauma.  

We work closely as a team to help our patients achieve their goals, therefore the candidates must have good communication and people skills.

Responsibilities:

Evaluates and treat physician-referred patients by organizing and conducting occupational therapy programs.

Facilitates rehabilitation of the mentally or physically handicapped.

Directs patient participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance. Facilitate the learning of skills and functions essential for adaptation and productivity, and to promote and maintain health.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in accredited program in Occupational Therapy.

NYS State Occupational Therapy License and registration are required.

Posted Salary Range:
USD $58.04 - USD $58.04 /Hr.

The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
