Parallel Employment Group is currently seeking a Welding Supervisor to join our team. As a Welding Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the welding department to ensure efficient production and high-quality welds. You will also be responsible for training and supervising welding staff, enforcing safety and quality control standards, and monitoring productivity and performance. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge of welding processes, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Shifts available: 1st and 2nd shift

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certification or degree preferred

Minimum of 5 years of experience in MIG welding, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role

Strong knowledge of welding processes, techniques, and equipment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Strong leadership and management skills

Ability to enforce safety and quality control standards

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
