SCADA Engineer / Real-Time Systems Analyst / Scada Analyst
Location: Plymouth Meeting, PA. 19462
Duration: 1 year plus+
Hybrid employees will be expected work onsite Tues, Wed, Thursday onsite and from home on M&Fr. Standard hrs 8am 5pm.

Scada Technical Analyst Job Description:
Provide technical expertise for the IT Systems that support the PECO Electric Distribution Business. These applications include Real Time SCADA systems, as well as non-Real Time systems on a variety of operating systems and platforms.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related discipline and typically 5 to 8 years' experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Broad technical expertise with deep technical knowledge in at least one area: Strong knowledge of the Electric Distribution System, Substations and Micro Grids, and the technology associated with that industry.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of the Utilities Business, including the regulations associated with it is strongly preferred. Knowledge of the Electric Utilities Industry is preferred. especially Electric Utility and Substation Operations Knowledge of process control technology including RTU's, PLC's and communication / control protocols is preferred and experience working with High-Availability SCADA control applications is preferred.
Job Scope/Responsibilities
Maintain deep knowledge of technology and its applications in Electric Distribution.
Perform database maintenance, display build and point to point testing of distribution and substation devices.
