Overview:

This role leads Commercial, Shopper and Net Revenue Management insights across Central Europe, Belarus and Central Asia markets for Beverages PepsiCo business, working across several markets both with internal stakeholders, as well as externally, with teams from PepsiCo bottlers.

Responsibilities:
What you’ll be working on:

Guide PepsiCo channel strategy in collaboration with internal stakeholders and Bottlers

Contribute to building partner / win-win relationship with key Bottlers and build PepsiCo category / shopper expertise

Lead understanding of shoppers of different channels to identify and providing business with answers to shopper-related issues and opportunities, define knowledge gaps, prioritize them, develop and execute research plan to cover the key gaps

Monitor and assess of the marketplace and category/ consumer /shopper behavior changes / dynamics

Track relevant in market KPIs, highlight risks and opportunities

Leverage insights to support key PepsiCo-Bottler commercial priorities and drive Human Centric go to market plans

Drive consumer centric price & promo strategies in top markets. 

Qualifications:
Who’s a good fit for the team:

10+ years FMCG insights experience;

Proven influencing skills and experience driving business towards bold ambitions;

Excellent sense for organizational dynamics (savvy), including ability to build and leverage trusting, collaborative relationships and networks both within the organisation and externally  (bottlers) across boundaries, across geographies and across levels;

Influential, and credible to Vice President/GM level;

Ability to simplify complexity, and communicate/ build stories in a compelling, clear and concise manner;

Agile, flexible and resilient to adapt style, approach and plans as situations change, navigate ambiguity and complexity, operate in the grey;

High drive for action, independence, perseverance and results orientation;

Experience in any of: Shopper insights, trade insights, category management, promotional effectiveness, price & promo analytics fields

Strong integrated insights knowledge, with strong analytics skillset and consumer and shopper insights experience. Experience with agency management a must.

Experience working cross geographies, ability to influence senior stakeholders and leadership teams as well as external bottler leadership

Experience working in a matrix environment is a plus

Power BI knowledge is a plus

Excellent English skills both written and verbal
