Ed Morse is currently seeking a Warranty Administrator to join our team

 

SIGN ON BONUS

Responsibilities:
Processing manufacturer warranty claims and posting service invoices.

Checking, verifying, and processing vehicle warranty repair claims, and following the receipt of payment from the manufacturer.

Ensuring that all relevant and pertinent information for each claim is provided by the responsible parties involved to meet manufacturer standards.

Assist the Service Manager with all daily service needs and operations including customer invoice posting

Provide administrative support within the dealership by working alongside service manager, technicians and service advisors.

Qualifications:
Warranty administrator experience

Professional appearance and strong work ethic

Outstanding communication skills

Five plus years of automotive service experience required at a dealership.
