Job Description:
Join MSK as a Revenue Cycle Engagement Manager and be part of a groundbreaking mission to end cancer. As the Revenue Cycle Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for identifying revenue opportunities and implementing effective solutions. Working closely with clinical departments, finance directors, and other key contributors, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the organization's financial success.

 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and client-focused professional to join our Revenue Cycle team as an Engagement Manager. The Engagement Manager serves as the critical link between clinical departments and the central billing office. Responsible for identifying revenue opportunities in all aspects of the revenue cycle, creating project plans and implementing operational and systematic solutions that contribute to the overall financial health of the organization. You Will:

Manage the revenue cycle for several clinical departments with the primary focus being to identify revenue opportunities in all aspects of the revenue cycle

Prepare and deliver monthly presentations to clinical department leaders

Facilitate effective communication between multiple teams to ensure seamless integration of revenue cycle processes

Conduct data analyses to deliver valuable insights

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes that enhance the revenue cycle

You Have:

4 + years of experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare finance, or a related role.

Knowledge of billing and coding processes, healthcare regulations, and reimbursement methodologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

EPIC experience preferred

#liHybrid Please note this is a hybrid role based at 633 3rd Avenue in NYC  1-2 times per week with flexibility to travel to our other NYC sites for stakeholder meetings as needed
