Position Overview: 

As a Bookkeeping Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of our bookkeeping processes, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.

Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.

Prepare and process payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Collaborate with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues in financial records.

Stay up-to-date with relevant accounting principles, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

Proven at least 2+years experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.

Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, Sage, or similar platforms.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Knowledge of relevant accounting principles and regulations.
