Deine Aufgaben als Pflegedienstleiter:in (w/m/d) bei uns

Du stellst mit Deiner Professionalität und Empathie sicher, dass es den Menschen um Dich herum gut geht. Als Leiter:in Deines Teams stehst Du für unsere Werte ein – gegenüber unseren Bewohner:innen und Mitarbeitenden. Korian bedeutet Pflege mit Herz. Du bist der Beweis dafür. 

Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflege- und Lebensqualität unter Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Vorgaben

Sicherung und Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsmanagements

Gestaltung und Optimierung des Pflege- und Betreuungsprozesses

Enge Kooperation mit Ärzt:innen und Behörden

Planung und Organisation des Mitarbeitereinsatzes

Akquise neuer Bewohner:innen

Motivation, Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden

Qualifikationen:

Als Pflegedienstleitung (w/m/d) bist Du immer dort, wo es drauf ankommt. Deswegen suchen wir Menschen, die flexibel und offen, kommunikationsfreudig und zuverlässig sind. Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Alten- bzw. Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege

Anerkannte Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung

Empathie und Führungskompetenz

Sicheres Auftreten verbunden mit Kommunikationsstärke
