ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Patient Services Hub Development:Lead the design, development, and implementation of Patient Services Hub programs within Salesforce Health Cloud.

Configure custom objects, workflows, processes, and automation to streamline patient interactions and optimize program management.

Integrate Health Cloud with external systems using MuleSoft and API-first principles to ensure seamless data exchange and a unified patient view.

Engagement Portal & Copay Program Management:Design and develop engaging patient and HCP portals within Salesforce Experience Cloud, providing functionality for appointment scheduling, medication management, bill pay, and communication.

Build and manage copay programs within Health Cloud, including eligibility determination, benefit calculation, and automated communication workflows.

Technical Architecture & Integration:Create and maintain a robust and scalable Salesforce Health Cloud architecture that supports growth and evolving business needs.

Configure and implement business rules engines to automate complex decision-making processes within patient programs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (implementation team, business analysts, developers, data analysts, QA engineers) to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives and user requirements.

Standards & Best Practices:Champion Salesforce Health Cloud best practices within the organization, ensuring adherence to security, compliance, and data governance standards.

Proactively identify and implement new features and functionalities within Health Cloud and other relevant technologies to optimize program effectiveness and user experience.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for healthcare solutions, ensuring transparency and knowledge transfer within the team.

Proactively share knowledge with stakeholders through presentations, training sessions, and other knowledge-sharing initiatives.
