Capture-Proposal Coodinator

Job Description

We are seeking a Capture-Proposal Coordinator to join NELOGIS Business Development efforts. The chosen candidate assists the BD Team to win business for NELOGIS by leveraging experience across the business development life cycle from opportunity qualification through capture and proposal submission. The Capture-Proposal Coordinator will assist with technical bids including developing an understanding of the potential clients’ requirements, NELOGIS’s competitive advantages, the formation of solutions and submittal of technically compliant proposals.

Responsibilities

Conducts research as directed by the Business Development Team using the Federal Business Opportunities data site and the Corporation’s subscription service, GOV WIN.

Coordinates directly with Capture Managers to complete Government Requests for Information (Sources Sought), Proposals and Task Order proposals.

Assists BD Manager with strategic capture efforts throughout the sales lifecycle.

Helps shape business development opportunities and other growth strategies.

Conduct competitive analysis and propose competitive solutions for new and significant work.

Increase demand for NELOGIS’s services by:

Completing directed research and analysis for opportunity selection and informing teaming actions and reports status as required in support of the BD Manager.

Entering data into the BD tracking tool.

Assisting in the development of marketing materials appropriate for specifically designated audience to populate data calls in support of capture and proposal management.

Producing soft and hard copy media products that may include manuals, proposal books, proposal color reviews, briefings, marketing materials, and after-action reports.

Assisting in capturing, recording, and reporting capture management efforts and proposal production metrics.
