We are seeking an Electromechanical Technician for our client in South El Monte, CA. Responsibilities include:

* Working in the field installing, troubleshooting, commissioning and offering training on automation systems to our clients.
* Providing production, maintenance and hotline support.
* Performing general maintenance and repair of existing system.
* Traveling 80%+ of the time throughout the US and internationally to support our customers.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

* Electro-mechanical troubleshooting ability, understanding of electronic principles, working knowledge of computer systems and P.C.'s. Hands on experience with solenoids, belts, rollers, guides, motors, sensors, drives PLC's is a plus
* Effective oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Upbeat, positive, high energy with a "Can do" attitude; reacts well under pressure.
* Travel by Air frequently (All travel expenses are covered+ you get per diem)

DEGREES/EXPERIENCE

* BS Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or another relevant discipline and one year experience

Or

* AAS degree in Electrical or mechanical engineering or another relevant discipline and three years experience

Or

* Five years work experience in a field service environment required.
