Security Guard

Overview:
Presbyterian Villages of Michigan, a premier senior living services non-profit organization, has a great opportunity to join our team at The Village of Westland as a Security Guard. We invite you to help us create new possibilities in quality living for the seniors we serve.

Approximate schedule is 10pm - 6:30am.  Full-time and Part-time available.  Great benefits for full-time available after 45 days including medical, dental, vision, generous paid time off, and 403b retirement savings plan and other benefits.

 

Valid driivers license required.  Must have a good driving record and pass a driver record check with our insurance company.

 

Starting range is $14.60 - $17.00.  Employees have early access to earned wages through PayActiv.  

 

Post offer physical and background check required.

Responsibilities:
Guard, patrol, or monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules to insure the safety of residents, staff and visitors. Must be able to address emergency and non-emergency situations calmly, thoroughly and apply common sense to the resolution of problems.

Qualifications:
Education : High School Graduate, General Education Degree (GED)

Experience : One to two years related experience

Must be able to operate a computer.
