Mitarbeit in unseren modernen Pflegeeinrichtungen

Unterstützung der Pflegefachkräfte bei der Pflege und Betreuung unserer Bewohner:innen

Sicherstellung der Lebenszufriedenheit unserer Bewohner:innen

Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung des Pflegekonzeptes, der Pflegestandards und der digitalen Pflegedokumentation

Unterstützung bei der Organisation bedarfsgerechter Kultur- und Freizeitangebote

Übernahme von behandlungspflegerischen und schichtkoordinatorischen Tätigkeiten

Qualifikationen:
Das bringst Du für den Job als Pflegefachhilfe (w/m/d) mit

Als Pflegefachhilfe (w/m/d) kümmerst Du Dich mitfühlend um bedürftige Menschen, während Du als Teil Deines Teams professionell und herzlich Pflegekonzepte umsetzt und Deine Kolleg:innen zuverlässig unterstützt. 

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachhelfer:in

Freude an der ganzheitlichen Versorgung unserer Bewohner:innen

Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit sowie hohe Motivation und Belastbarkeit

Einfühlungsvermögen, Zuverlässigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke

Die Bereitschaft, auch am Wochenende und nachts zu arbeiten
