Our San Diego office has an opportunity for a Business Immigration Paralegal to join their fast-paced business immigration practice Under attorney supervision, the immigration paralegal is responsible for the preparation and filing of a variety of nonimmigrant visa petitions. The paralegal compiles and analyzes case facts, drafts correspondence, maintains and organizes client documentation, and communicates directly with multiple attorneys.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.

1+ years of employment-based Immigration Paralegal experience desired, preferably in a large law firm environment.  Please note we will entertain candidates without prior experience that are looking for a challenging and rewarding career in business immigration.

Experience drafting nonimmigrant petitions (e.g., H-1B, TN, E-3, L-1), including forms and support letters, is desired.

Successful candidates must be efficient and concise writers who are not afraid to ask questions and are open to constructive feedback for the constant improvement of work product.

Must have excellent attention to detail, be able to multi-task, and work independently as a self-starter toward team goals.

Outstanding organizational skills are required.
