Overview:
Position Summary:

Winston is looking for fashionable, passionate, and energetic Retail Merchandisers with in-store merchandising experience in apparel, accessories, or footwear.  As a merchandiser, you will be responsible for high level execution according to a planogram, sizing, stocking & filling in merchandise on the selling floor as well as relationship building.  We work with various brands and product categories at retailers such as Macy’s, Walmart, Kohl’s, Dick’s, specialty chains, and more.

 

Please note:  This project will run for the months of November and December

Responsibilities:
The Fundamentals:

 

• Work Ethic: As a Retail Merchandiser, you must have a strong commitment and dedication to building brands and elevating their presentation at retail and telling their story through visual merchandising

• Communication: Retail Merchandisers must be able to communicate clearly with store personnel and provide clear communication in written reports

• Technology: A smartphone is required for reporting purposes, tablets are not recommended. For iOS users, we recommend an iPhone 6 or greater and iOS of 12.0 or greater.  For Android users, we recommend devices that are no more than 5 years old and updated to Android OS 9.0 or greater. 

Qualifications:
Required Skills & Experience:

·       Previous work as sales associate or merchandiser with apparel, accessory, or footwear company a plus

·       Exemplary customer service

·       Friendly, energetic, personable demeanor, and passion for retail merchandising  

·       Strong work ethic, reliable and committed for the full duration of the project.

·       Flexible, adaptable, dependable, and trustworthy

·       Available to work Friday and Saturdays

·       Ability to download and install an app on your smart phone, and upload reports via the app

·       Ability to lift to 25 pounds and stand on feet for entire shift
