Senior Change Management Consultant II

This position is responsible for developing and executing change management strategies while collaborating with project teams, and influencing stakeholders to ensure successful change implementation. Leads change initiatives and driving adoption of new processes, systems, technologies, and behaviors across the organization. Provides strategic guidance and expertise to project teams and stakeholders enterprise-wide on change management initiatives.
*This is a Remote role anywhere within the United States.
Responsibilities:
Change Management - Leads change management projects and strategies including development, execution, and direction of multiple projects concurrently. Formulate innovative strategies that integrate seamlessly with business objectives, mitigating potential risks, and minimizing operational impact. Conduct stakeholder analyses and assess change impacts to develop tailored communication and engagement plans.
Collaboration - Works closely with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans and ensure alignment with business priorities. Design and deliver change communication materials, training programs, and workshops to support adoption of change.
Reporting - Utilizes key metrics to analyze, track, and report on project impact and performance. Ensures that all changes are clearly recorded and evaluated. Identify areas for improvement.
The base pay for this position is relative to your experience but the range is generally $136,696 to $209,600 per year. This position is eligible for variable compensation, which may be in the form of incentive, bonus, or commission pay. Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, or Change Management OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, or Change Management
License or Certification Type: Change Management Certification Required
Additional Qualifications:
Proven experience in change management is required
Knowledge of change management principles and tools, as well as development of related strategies and assessments required
Ability to influence others and move toward a common goal is required
Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in uncertain situations is required
Knowledge of large-scale organizational initiatives
Ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization required
Experience at large financial institutions is preferred
