The Sr. Business Systems Analyst plays a crucial role in the digital product lifecycle contributing to the development and management of digital technology programs supporting AbbVie’s US commercial Therapeutic business areas of Immunology, Oncology, Neuroscience, Eye care, Specialty etc. This role entails a deep understanding of all aspects of the Digital Product lifecycle for the respective business areas while managing the product business requirements from concept to production launch.
In this role you’ll be responsible for:
Development of a range of technology products in product teams from ideation to operation in a digital landscape
Epic and story grooming, contributing to solution design and generation of cost and timeline estimates while adhering to defined SLAs.
Attending daily “standup” style meetings to review project status and ensure the team remains on track.
Collaborating with a matrix team of Product Owners, Analysts, Scrum Masters, Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, Testers to deliver technology products to the business.
Compliance with applicable AbbVie policies and procedures
Working with minimal oversight; SLAs are met, projects are delivered on time, delays are proactively communicated to avoid escalation.
