Objetivo del puesto:
Bajo la dirección general, limpiar y mantener todas las alfombras y las superficies duras y, a la vez, garantizar un mantenimiento preventivo adecuado para los equipos especiales de piso. Debe poder conducir un vehículo de la compañía.

Tareas y responsabilidades esenciales:
Realizar todas las tareas asignadas de manera profesional

Realizar la limpieza y el mantenimiento de todos los pisos, que incluye pisos de cerámica, alfombras y pisos de ladrillo

Realizar las asignaciones de trabajo de manera oportuna

Utilizar los productos químicos y suministros apropiados según las políticas y los procedimientos

Aprovechar y mantener los equipos de piso según corresponda  

Aplicar las precauciones de seguridad en todo momento; usar señales de seguridad de "piso mojado"

Posibilidad de trabajar sin supervisión normal

Informar sobre riesgos de seguridad cuando sean identificados

Conducir con seguridad un vehículo de la compañía

Conocimientos y habilidades requeridos:
Título de escuela secundaria

Mínimo de (1) año de experiencia comercial relacionada

Sólidas habilidades de comunicación

Debe estar dispuesto a trabajar las horas asignadas

Tener licencia de conducir y antecedentes de conducción de buenos a excelentes

Remuneración:
Harvard ofrece una tarifa de pago por hora competitiva que incluye un paquete de beneficios con seguro médico, dental, de vida y de discapacidad de largo plazo (LTD) junto con el plan de ahorro 401K para las personas elegibles.
