Responsibilities:
Assist in the organization, implementation and completion of clinical research studies in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, institutional/ departmental guidelines, standards of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and within budget. Draft, collect, and review study-related documents. Track study progress and completion of study activities. Perform in-house and on-site data monitoring.

Position requires hybrid onsite and remote monitoring visits. Must be willing to travel to clinical research site on cadence determined by Manager – Clinical Trials Management in conjunction with study-specific Monitoring Plan.

Requirements:
Required Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree.

At least one (1) year of related experience in life sciences.

Required Credentials:

N/A.

Preferred:

Clinical Research Associate certification.

Experience as CRA or CRC.

Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and electronic data capture (EDC) software.

Min to Max Hourly Salary:
$33.41 - $50.11 /hr

Min to Max Annual Salary:
$69,492.80 - $(phone number removed) /yr

Salary Information:
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.

Seattle Children’s offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
