WE LOVE OUR WORK.:
Check-in all products from the warehouse and verify the correct items have been delivered; communicate all shortages with the appropriate Chef.

Realize when a product is approaching the end of its shelf life and communicate with the Chef to utilize that product before it becomes waste.

Understand and utilize the First In, First Out method (FIFO)

Keep all dry storage, cooler, and freezer areas clean, organized, and sanitized at all times.

Be aware of rotation and sanitation guidelines.

BRING US YOUR BEST.:
Ability to calculate figures, amounts, and percentages and apply them to practical situations.

Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts diplomatically and tactfully.

A sanitation Certificate or HACCP is preferred but not required.
