Job Description

Develop, enhance, and operationalize risk mitigation policies, processes and controls.

Collect and analyze data from numerous sources, design workflows and procedures, identify data relationships and dependencies to help minimize financial risks.

Identify, track, and report key risk indicators.

Work closely with the operational departments (eCommerce, Supply Chain, Legal, IT, Accounting,  …) to develop, monitor and assess the effectiveness of fraud controls and loss prevention programs on an ongoing basis.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to review projects, business critical systems and related data to mitigate financial risks.

Manage insurance policies, including renewals, claims, and audits.

Partner with Supply Chain team and distribution centers to develop and implement inventory controls, focused on minimizing wholesale chargebacks and mitigating inventory shrink and shortages.
