Job Description

Junior Annotator

This is a contract opportunity.

This is a hybrid opportunity.

 

About this position

The Junior Annotator will be a member of this team, contributing to the annotation and labeling of financial research-related datasets and complex financial content. While a financial background is required, prior experience as a junior annotator for AI and NLP products is preferred but not mandatory.

 

 

Job Responsibilities

Design, develop, maintain, and support key applications or frameworks for products listed in the Team profile.

Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional, technical, and/or system specifications.

Assume DevOps responsibility for specific products, tools, or components as assigned.

Support and respond to user queries or issues, determining root causes and implementing appropriate resolutions.

Collaborate with multiple squads on various tasks such as scripting, frontend development, and user testing.

 

Skills/Requirements

Ability to follow complex instructions and guidelines.

Aptitude for learning new domain-specific vocabulary.

Excellent reading comprehension skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Very strong written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of financial research and financial services.

Eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to new tools and technologies.

 

 

Additional Information:

12-month contract with the possibility of extending/converting

Pay/Salary Range:

 

Pay Range: $27-$32/hour.
