Job Purpose

Job Purpose

This role is an entry level position responsible for analyzing, understanding, and translating business needs into functional requirements and then development and implementation of the same.

Essential Responsibilities

Trouble shoot, debug, maintain and improve software performance. Supports application upgrades and system refreshes.

Collaborates with business analysts, management, departments, and customers to understand end-user requirements and specifications. Develops appropriate programs and systems documentation according to established IT standards including work effort estimations and project risks

Coordinates analysis necessary to identify viable solution alternatives, create technical documents, high level solution designs and work estimates. Conducts systems tests, monitor results and take required corrective actions as needed.

20%

Supports/manages systems during deployment and pilot until effective transition has occurred to the support teams. Supports training on respective system or technology solutions to business partners.

·   IBM DataStage, Azure Cloud Developer, Azure Power Automate, Azure Dev Ops

·   Experience deploying vendor packages, designing and building interface.

·   Experience supporting a vendor package and working with the vendor on enhancements.

·   Demonstrated application design and development knowledge in the following C#, . mobile (Xamarin), PHP, Java, Spring, JSP, JavaScript, HTML, SQL, Windows, Linux/UNIX, WordPress, Mobile Device Management (MDM).
