Overview:
Under direct supervision, the Supervior, Reporting will supervise all Report Coordinators. Assist with overflow and coverage for Reporting to ensure timely report submissions. Responsible for managing and overseeing all reporting and data analysis aspects that reflect the efficient operation of portions of the revenue cycle, working closely with funders to troubleshoot any delayed authorizations. Compiles and analyzes basic information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials; prepares charts, graphs, or tables as necessary.

 

Starting pay: $27.89 per hour

Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
▪Manages and performs timely reporting processes through supervision of report coordinators to ensure they perform their services to associates and funding sources.
▪Provides coverage to reporting when coordinator is out or there is an overflow of work
▪Provides regular updates related to reporting functions to the Director of Intake and Customer Success, cascade opportunities for improvements to top management
▪Runs monthly metrics report for Autism services leaders including operation timeliness , delayed authorizations and hold list. Provides assistance in tracking enrollment and supervising timelines by considering federal guidelines, completing various reports and forms, drafting mails and letters as well as resource materials to the families of the participants.
▪Participates in team meetings, handling correspondence, sharing meeting responsibilities, responding to routine requests, and assisting with the collaboration of professional learning and professional development
▪Interacts with funding sources to troubleshoot delayed authorizations
▪Orders assessment and instructional equipment, supplies and materials for the staff in case of the absence of primary concerned person
▪Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
EDUCATION:
▪Bachelor Degree is preferred

EXPERIENCE:
▪2+ years’ experience, or equivalent combination of training, education and experience to perform the job successfully.
▪Supervisory experience preferred

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
▪Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
▪Ability to communicate effectively, through oral and written skills, and work cooperatively with all levels of staff and the general public.
▪Ability to maintain customer service orientation and professionalism in all interactions.
▪Ability to exercise independent judgment, critical thinking and employ basic reasoning skills.
▪Ability to exercise discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive documentation and/or situations.

Ability to obtain and maintain a criminal record/fingerprint clearance from the Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Investigation per Easterseals Southern California and/or program requirements.
▪The working conditions are generally favorable. Lighting and temperatures are adequate, and there are no unpleasant or hazardous conditions caused by noise, heat, dust, etc.
▪The position requires occasional standing, bending, reaching, stooping, squatting, kneeling, grasping, lifting and twisting.
▪Ability to coordinate and communicate at all levels within and outside the organization. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
▪Must pass all drug testing required by ESSC and if required, a post-offer physical evaluation.
▪Ability to obtain and maintain a criminal record/fingerprint clearance from the Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Investigation, per Easterseals of Southern California and/or program requirements.
