Kitchen Expo-Bubba Gump

Overview:
It is the responsibility of the Kitchen Expo to assist the servers in all aspects of the dining experience by preparing meal trays and performing the following duties. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values.

Responsibilities:
*Fills individual serving cartons with portions of various foods and condiments such as sauces, creams, etc.

*Portions and garnishes hot cooked foods, such as meat and vegetables, into individual serving dishes.

*Removes plates from the table once the guests are finished with their meal.

*Prepares garnishments daily.

During the closing shift cleans all stainless-steel shelves, put up all condiments.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:  High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Basic Math Skills. 

 

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Must be able to speak and understand English.

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Be able to constantly stand, eye/hand coordination, handling, wrist motion, hearing, speaking, seeing, reading bending, and stooping.

 

Posted Salary Range:
USD $14.00 - USD $17.00 /Hr.
